And YES...your employer is actually making this process EASIER for you!! Those who do not get their taxes added to their checks and taxed that way have to do it on their own...unless they want the IRS knocking on their door!! We are ALL working people!! If they didn't put it on your check you would have to file forms with the IRS to report your tips each month (or quarter - I can't remember). Your employer is making this process easier for you.
